Tracking FAQs

Do you inform us once my order is shipped?

Yes, we do!
An email will be sent to you with the tracking information once the package is shipped out to you.

When will I receive the tracking number?

A tracking number will take 3-5 business days to be generated then an email with tracking details will be sent to you the moment your package is shipped out.

If you don’t receive the tracking info via your email after 7 business days, please email us to get updated.

Why has the tracking status not been updated?

Tracking information may not update immediately in some cases, especially with registered airmail shipments. However, please rest assured your item is on its way. There are some reasons why tracking information may not be available.
